inkheart?!

Well, I was shocked to see that Inkheart wasn't completely butchered like some novel to films I've seen *cough*twilight*cough*harrypotter*cough*. After watching the movie, I began to jump back into the Inkheart fandom which led me to checking out the spoilers for Inkdeath. I didn't want to buy back when it came out because of the price (it just didn't feel worth it to me) so I hoped onto Amazon.ca and checked the plot synopsis. What in Jee Man's name happened there? Meggie breaks it off with Farid for some royal guy named Doria?

I'll either borrow the novel from the library or stay far, far away from it. It sort of feels like it would ruin the entire series for me since Mrs. Funke didn't really work her characters very well.

So, to start the week off.. I give you:

wow i had the most amazing weekend!

Saturday I went t work (it was my day off though) and hung around for an hour. I ws searching for a novel by oscar wilde and I actually found it there! I was pleasantly surprised . I went up to the showcase where my mother was...and where the marching band boy was as well. She was glad that I found it and it turns out that he (marching band boy.. maybe refer to him as that guy?) had read it as well. except he thought it was creepy.

Also chatted up with him a bit more, laughing and smiling and with the rest of the staff over by the changing rooms. before we were leaving icalled them all slackers since pretty much the entire staff was all hanging around there. they all laughed and he replied with a grin (that smartass) 'hey, we're performing excellent customer service! you guys aren;t in uniform!!" i turn around and give him the look with a smile on my face and hes staring back, smiling and his eyes are all bright.

Then today? I was training to be a cashier and i did really well for the first time doing it!

do you ever find yourself laying in a field thinking, 'what would jesus do?' well what on earth WOULD jesus do?! My best guess is that he would sit down, eat a mango and allow the universe to unfold as it should. Or maybe thats just Kevin a.k.a jesus. That guy is lucky (jesus not kevin). He has like God to answer his questions. Or do you even think that God would answer his questions? Nah. I bet he wouldn't. He'd make jesus figure everything out by himself. just a unfinished thought for you. 'what would jesus do?'
Today was wonderful. I went to starbucks with my bag full of library books and ordered a black tea lemonade. Delicious! I decided to try something new and boy was I glad. Walked to the library to return books and check out new ones. There wasn't anything interesting to do at home so I continued my journey... the library didn't have The Picture Of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde so I went thrifting in hopes of finding the novel. I was also hoping to run into a certain band geek....

My life, so interesting..
